Legal basis: processing is based on the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures, and the legitimate interest of the data controller for sending commercial communications to clients. Recipients: your data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. Retention: data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and, once it ends, for the legally established periods. Data deletion policies
At Gavisa, we take our users' privacy and rights very seriously. If you wish to delete your account from our Hola Gavisa app, here's how to do it. Send an email to soporte@gavisa.es with the subject line "Account deletion request." In the body of the email, include your username and the reason for the request. Once received, we will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that this process may take several business days. When you delete your Hola Gavisa account: • All your personal data, including name, email address, and payment information, will be removed from our systems. • Your username and all data associated with your profile will be permanently deleted. • Any activity recorded in the app (posts, comments, etc.) will also be deleted. Certain data may be retained for the legally established periods for tax, contractual, or security reasons. Once those periods expire, the data will also be deleted.
