In these first 50 hours, you'll get to know us in-depth, and we'll lay the foundations to work on your project as if we were an integral part of your company.

To keep everything in order and maximize efficiency, we will use Asana as our main project management platform. Here, you can track the project's status in real-time, assign tasks, and much more. Everything is recorded, minimizing misunderstandings and keeping the focus on productivity.
Rules of the game
- Hour commitment: The minimum number of committed hours per month will be agreed upon during the collaboration contract signing.
- Supported technologies: We limit ourselves to offering development services in the technologies explicitly stated in this document.
- Time estimation: We use the Fibonacci series to estimate the time for each task. Billed time will be the actual time invested, not the initially estimated time.
- Plan activation: The outsourcing plan will be activated once the corresponding invoice has been paid.
- Prices and taxes: Prices do not include VAT, which will be added to the invoice for entities based in Spain.
- Task authorization: Tasks with an estimated time of less than three hours will be automatically accepted. For tasks with a longer estimate, you will be informed in advance for your approval.
- Meeting billing: Time spent in meetings and discussions will be billed as development time if it exceeds 5% of the total project time.
- Communication through Asana: All daily interactions will be managed through Asana, with email and phone calls reserved for special circumstances.
- Bug correction billing: Time spent on bug correction will be considered development time and therefore billable.
- Unique starter plan: The Ignition plan can only be purchased once at the beginning of our collaboration.
Frequently Asked Questions
¿Cómo sé el tiempo invertido en cada solicitud?
Antes de llevar a cabo una tarea estimamos el tiempo en horas que nos requerirá hacerla. Una vez aceptas esta estimación desarrollamos la tarea y finalmente imputamos el tiempo exacto que hemos invertido en su ejecución.
Si durante el desarrollo hay alguna desviación te hacemos llegar los motivos y estudiamos alternativas de solución.
¿Tengo que firmar un contrato de permanencia?
No.
No basamos nuestras relaciones profesionales en estos principios. Trabajas con nuestro equipo porque te satisface el servicio que te prestamos, no porque has firmado un contrato de permanencia.
¿Qué plazo de respuesta tenéis?
Depende del acuerdo que firmemos.
En algunos casos llegamos al acuerdo de prestar un mínimo, por ejemplo, de 100 horas al mes y un máximo de 200. Si está definida una cadencia mensual, nuestro tiempo de respuesta es prácticamente inmediato, ya que tenemos reservado un tiempo para tu proyecto todos los meses.
En otros casos no llegamos a ningún acuerdo en este sentido, por lo que solemos tener un tiempo de respuesta relativamente más alto.
No obstante, al comienzo de nuestra colaboración te lo explicaremos todo y llegaremos al acuerdo que sea más interesante para ti.

Una vez adquieres cualquiera de nuestros planes cuentas con la cantidad de horas correspondientes en tu perfil que podrás utilizar como desees.
